Order Information
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification
with your tracking number(s). You can track your order at www.fedex.com
. If you wish to order from outside the US, please contact customercare@farmsupplystore.com

Shipping Options
Please use a physical shipping address and NOT a PO Box. FedEx/UPS does not
deliver to a PO Box. If you use a PO Box, your order will be delayed until
we can contact you for a different address.
The map below shows approximate delivery time for FedEx ground
shipments from our warehouse in Georgia to your area. Our preferred shipping
method is FedEx ground but you can use UPS Ground. UPS Ground service times
are very similar to FedEx Ground.
When you can expect your orders to arrive
All Expedited orders, NOT GROUND, placed before 12:00pm Eastern Time Monday-Friday
that are shipping Priority Overnight, Standard Overnight, 2 Day or 3 Day
will ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00pm Eastern Time requesting
these shipping options will ship the next business day. Orders requesting
Ground shipping will ship usually the same day or the next. Please add this
to your estimated delivery time. For example, if you live in Iowa and place
an order on Monday and request Ground shipping, you order will ship on or
before Wednesday and should arrive three Business Days later. FedEx does
not deliver packages on Holidays.
For dealer and other orders that are shipped Freight, the order will ship within 4 business days from the day of order.
Priority and Standard
Overnight: FedEx does not deliver packages on weekends except for
Special Saturday Delivery. We do not offer Saturday Delivery on the website..
If you are placing an order after 12:00pm on a Thursday requesting Priority
or Standard Overnight delivery, you will not receive your shipment until
Monday.
Orders for items that are drop shipped by the manufacturer (see
below) will ship within two business days. After your order has shipped,
we will email you the FedEx tracking number which you can track online at
www.fedex.com
Delivery time listed below is for Ground service and is based on
business days and does not include the day your order was shipped.

Returns Process
- Download, print and fill out the Return
form (click here to Download Form) and include it with your return.
To receive credit, you must mail this form with your return. Please include
your original invoice/packing slip with your return. If you no longer
have your packing slip and are unable to print the return form, please
include a letter explaining the reason for your return. In your letter
please indicate your name, the order and the items you are returning,
including the reason so that we can properly process the return.

- Please re-pack the product in its original
packaging if available. Make sure to include all pieces of the product
including instruction manuals and/or warranty information.
- Please address the package to the return
address of the manufacturer that shipped the item(s) to you.
- To ensure your protection, please ship
back using UPS, FedEx or US Mail Return Receipt Requested with insured
service. This is to protect you in case the product is lost or damaged
during shipping. Also, this allows you to be able to track your shipment.
Farm Supply Store is not responsible for lost, misdirected or damaged
shipments.
- It can take up to 6-8 weeks to complete
the processing of your return.

Warranty
Information
Polytape
and Polrope Limited Warranty. - Field Guardian Fencing Systems'
Polytape and Polyrope have either a 20 or 10 year limited warranty. Click
on the link to open up the Warranty file.
You can see what warranty if any the tape or rope has at the bottom of
the page for each item. If there is not a warranty listed, then the product
does not qualify for the warranty.
PetSafe - PetSafe has a Lifetime Warranty
on parts and one year on labor. PetSafe guarantees all parts of this product
for life against manufacturing or parts defects. Misuse or incorrect handling
is not covered. If your unit cannot be repaired, PetSafe may replace it
with new or reconditioned merchandise. PetSafe will not pay for loss of
time, inconvenience, loss of use of your product, or its failure to work,
or any incidental or consequential damages.There is a nominal labor charge
for out of warranty products but all parts are free during the warranty
period. If you have had your system for more than one year, call customer
service at 1-800-732-2677 to determine the labor charge.
