| This is a simple though odd looking insulator used with staples to clamp wire or polywire to a wood post. The wire is put in the center and the insulator is closed up around it. Then a staple is slid around the entire insulator and nailed directly into the wood. They are black and come in packs of 50. Staples are included. |
