"Excellence In Service - The Farm Supply Store has it all
goin' on!! I order as much of my horse and barn gear online as I can...
no time to "shop". I'm upgrading the fencing to a mini horse farm we just
bought and found FSS for the first time last week. Your pricing was very
good and your selection and your product descriptions complete and helpful.
The first surprise was finding your FedEx shipping charges very low; no
profit center here. My order arrived in a couple of days - virtually rocketing
here relative to other sites.
I'm thinking 'my new best friend': value pricing, legitimate shipping and speed.
Everywhere else it seems I have to trade off value for speed or speed
for value. So I'm impressed... Then, I tweaked my fencing plan and came
back to FSS for my needs... I knew I would receive my order in time
to keep to my schedule. There was a problem with the payment system
completing the transaction... your site informed me adequately and automatically.
I thought I would just try again later. Your system is tuned to flag
problems and customer service contacted me, not once, but twice, offering
to handle the order manually: actual personal, proactive customer service.
